Copyrights

Unless special arrangements are made, I (Louise) retain all copyrights to all artwork and designs I produce for you (the client). This doesn't mean I have full control over your design, it just means you are allowed to use it for what it was intended for. So please tell me if you want to own the copyrights for the artwork you ask me to make.

If you (the client) have created your own artwork, which you would like used in a design, its copyright will remain with you.

If you want to use artwork from another source, please ensure you have permission to do so.

Copyright can be a tricky subject. If you have any copyright concerns, feel free to discuss it with me — So that we can determine who is allowed to do what.

Royalties

Should the artwork I produce for you become part of a recurring sale (for example, a book cover), I will ask to be payed a royalty fee. This can be discussed with me before production.

Pricing

Costs can vary depending on the project. I accept Australian or US dollars.

Minimum $15 (US $12) for a drawing — Minimum $5 (US $4) for pixel-art NOT made on a base (template)

The price of a web design does not include domain name and hosting.

All payments must be payed using Paypal.
